MORNING GREEN TEA
If you like a nice, crisp cup of green tea, this blend is for you!
Here we combine our favourite green tea with this season's goldenrod.
Flavours are rounded out with notes from herbal grasses, making this tea a refreshing start to your day, or an excellent afternoon tea.
Ingredient Highlights:
- Fair-trade green tea contains detoxifying antioxidants. It makes a delicious choice to purify the system.
- Wildcrafted and NIH grown goldenrod herb. This bright fall herb is known for its excellent ability to flush the kidneys of waste. Its orange colour shows us its a source of carotene, which brightens our glow, supports healing and eyesight. Goldenrod naturally contains quercetin, which boosts immunity and reduces allergy symptoms.
- Lemongrass adds delcious background flavour, plus is a nourishing herb to support the whole system.
- Horsetail herb is a wild grass, a source of minerals and known to hydrate the system, while aiding to flush waste.
Flavour- sharp, green tea flavour, neutral and fresh
8oz jar has ~35g for lighter teas - up to ~50g for heavier teas.
1/2tsp is a serving size for single tea cup, 1tsp for a large mug.
The 8oz jar has over 70 1/2 tsp servings!

Sencha green tea (Japan), *goldenrod*, horsetail grass, lemongrass

Please note batches vary- sencha or jasmine green tea will be used in this tea blend
How to Use:
Use with a mesh strainer, compostable tea sachet, or tea press.
Boil water and allow for it settle. Place loose tea into vesicle and cover with boiled water. Allow for it to steep 2-5 minutes with a lid to trap the essential oils. Strain and enjoy!
