Hello & Welcome!
My name is Samantha and natureishealth.org is my passion-project. I am a hippy at heart. During the work-week I am a letter-carrier and in my extra hours I passionately apply myself on this website and in our homemade product line. Initially I created this website and my business in an effort to share ideas of how we can preserve this Earth and live happily- naturally. At first it began with a blog and has now expanded to our natural herbal product line, nutritional counselling and public seminars at libraries.
I am a health nut, athlete and enjoy learning about traditional cultures. I want this website to be an all-in-one zone for your wellness needs. I am excited to offer products via our shop page that are clean of artificial ingredients, blog posts that are informative and encourage people to think and research for themselves, plus a bounty of foodporn photos and gardening tips/ideas. Above all I goal to make this website a place of natural inspiration for anyone needing some. I want to be the voice that encouraged me to keep going, to keep trying new things and to let you know that there are other people out there, people that believe there is another wholesome way of doing things- other than relying on big-box superstores, conglomerate companies and spammy products that do not care about ecological footprints, long-term health goals or the fate of this Earth. I believe you can do it! With a whole team of us, that's how change and impact really occurs. :)
My name is Brian and my goals along with Sam's, are for readers to find simple, healthy and quick food ideas based off the season, what is around our garden and just everyday foods we all decide to bring home. I have been in the culinary industry for almost 12 years now. I have traveled and learned many skills, methods and techniques from people of all nationalities. I hope you’ll enjoy what we have to offer and any questions or concerns you may have, please do not hesitate to ask.
