BREATHE & CLEAR TINCTURE
☆ BREATHE & CLEAR - this tincture is beneficial for allergies and clearing congestion. Pair the dose with lots of water to flush.
Ingredient Highlights:
- Wildcrafted and NIH grown goldenrod herb. This bright fall herb is known for its excellent ability to flush the kidneys of waste. Goldenrod naturally contains quercetin, which boosts immunity and reduces allergy symptoms.
- Cleavers, also known as 'sticky plant', is commonly used as a lymph mover and to help flush the system, especially in times of illness.
- Ginger root is a herbal stimulant, meaning it boosts the ability of other herbs taken with it due to its beneficial action to our digestive system and circulation.
- NIH stinging nettle for urinary health, iron and mineral support, allergies and immune balance.
- Great mullein is used for cough, lung and bronchial congestion, irritated throat and even ear aches. Mullein is an expectorant and demulcent, meaning it soothes and coats irritated membranes, while helping to remove the blockage.
Herbal tinctures are concentrated extractions of our favourite plants. We source organic, wildcrafted and locally grown or grown in the NIH garden. Plants are infused a minimum of 3 months in brandy.

How to Use:
Apply dropper underneath tongue, x1-3 per day, tinctures work best using this method. Alternatively, add dropper into 1oz of liquid of choice.
