KICK OF MATE
Ingredient Highlights:
- Yerba mate is a celebrated beverage in South America, traditionally prepared in a hollow gourd and consumed through a metal straw. Known for its energizing boost of caffiene, and health promoting qualities, yerba mate's flavour allows for it to be consumed in a variety of ways.
- Lemon balm has a folk name called 'heart's delight', as it is generally an uplifting plant, used both physically for healing and emotionally well being. It is regarded as a powerful 'nervine', supporting the nervous system and mood.
- Peppermint & spearmint are similar in flavour profiles, both providing hydration, as they are known to be a source of electrolytes. Mints are soothing to the digestive lining.
- Horsetail herb is a wild grass, a source of minerals and known to hydrate the system, while aiding to flush waste.
- Orange peel provides a hint of fresh citrus flavour and a concentrated source of plant phytonutrients.
Flavour- neutral, hydrating and background mint

How to Use:
Use with a mesh strainer, compostable tea sachet, or tea press.
Boil water and allow for it settle. Place loose tea into vesicle and cover with boiled water. Allow for it to steep 2-5 minutes with a lid to trap the essential oils. Strain and enjoy!
