Holistic Nutrition Appointment

Hellow my name is Samantha Guyatt, and I am co-owner of Nature IS Health.

Are you tired of taking supplements with no result? Do you feel like you are always on a diet? Have you not been able to figure out why you are chronically deficient in certain nutrients, or is that something you haven't thought much about? Has painful digestion got you down? Tired? Let's chat about it!

'Band-aid approaches' only work for so long, and rather our health is a sum of what we do most of the time.

Your health will thrive when your lifestyle flows naturally, and you understand the root cause of the imbalance. Let's work together to understand what's going on!

I will guide you with my expertise on holistic nutrition and together we will create a framework that works for your realistic lifestyle goals.

Payment Includes:

  • 1 hour appointments: available both virtual or in-person (at a local Hamilton, Ontario coffee shop). If you have a strict schedule, please email me before purchasing an appointment to ensure we can pick a time that works for both of us.

  • Follow-up included: phone chat or virtual meet-up is included with each appointment, approximately ~20 minutes and scheduled 2 weeks later.

  • Intake discussion- voice your concerns and general questions. I will share with you my top 3-5 on the spot ideas that I believe can positively influence your health and well being. This includes aspects of your diet and lifestyle to continue momentum with, tweak or shift from, and we will discuss macro and micronutrients.

  • You will receive an email follow-up with personalized pdf document and active shared Google Drive link.

  • This package includes a coupon or discount to our store and access to all current and future blog posts related to holistic nutrition.

Here's a little bit about me:

Samantha Guyatt BPHE, CNP

  • Bachelors of Physical & Health Education - Brock University
  • Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner - Institute of Holistic Nutrition

I love to chat about food and nutrition! Holistic nutrition has been my passion and livelihood for over 10 years.

I graduated from university with a bachelors of physical education, where I was fascinated in biology, sport nutrition, and truly immersed in the importance of an active lifestyle. I was a full-time honor student and played on the varsity women's volleyball team, and later the cross-country team.

In the summers during university, I pushed my body to the limit, tree planting out in Western Canada, living out of a tent for 4 months of the year. It was here I became intrigued in the wilderness and by the medicinal properties in plants.

A few years after university, I got a diploma in holistic nutrition, holistic fertility, pregnancy, & early childhood nutrition. This program sparked my interest in Ayurveda and herbal medicine. At this time, I established a regular yoga practice, continuing that today.

Today I am an avid gardener, co-owner of Nature IS Health, a wellness brand I created with my husband. My full time job is as a postal worker, so my health is very important to me! The state of my health completely reflects on my ability to perform my job.

For fun my husband and I love to camp and enter running races. Our last one was a half trail marathon- it was intense!

We have recently welcomed our first baby girl. I am happy to share the information I learned in school now that I have had the chance to apply it first hand!
