Recognizing that health is deeply rooted in the foundation of our immune system, for this Wellness Box, we have specifically chosen to include products that support immune health from the ground up, as well as everyday favourites.

TALLOW & HONEY - this balm is unscented but carries a comforting aroma reminiscent of cocoa and honey. The incorporation of pasture-raised tallow elevates this product, making it the ultimate moisturizer that deserves a prominent place on your shelf. During the hot, sunny months, and the bone chill of the winter, you will find yourself reaching for our honey-infused products to soothe and protect skin that has been exposed to the elements. Honey, a natural humectant, works wonders!
 
THYME 4 OLIVE OIL - a moisturizing soap to have on your shelf, that boasts a delightful scent that captures the essence of a fresh garden, infused with a hint of aromatic garden herbs and the rich, olive oil. This soap is particularly ideal for all skin types, making it a versatile choice for everyone in the family, pets and kids included. Embrace the outdoors sustainably, one wash at a time, with this luxurious herbal infused soap bar.
 
MUSHROOM TINCTURE - including the Mushroom Trio, Single Shroom Chaga, and Single Shroom Reishi, offer a holistic approach to wellness. These tinctures are crafted with locally grown and wildcraffted mushrooms from Ontario. Mushrooms are nutritives, tonics and adaptogens. In a fast-paced world, we can look to ways to support our immune and stress response system. Herbal tinctures are concentrated extractions of our favourite plants. Plants are infused a minimum of 3 months in brandy. This period is essential for extracting the full spectrum of beneficial compounds from the mushrooms, ensuring each drop is rich in vitality. The result is a potent elixir that can easily be incorporated into your daily holistic routine.
 
IMMUNE TEA - Here we have a choice from our favourite immune supporting organic plants grown in the NIH garden and foraged from the lush, natural landscapes of Ontario. Immune Boost tea is an excellent tea during sick and allergy season. Breathe Ez is a useful tea to have in your first aid cupboard for acute onset. This versatile tea can be brewed as a tea for sipping, or simmered over the stove to create steam that can be inhaled for airways.
 
Here is a thoughtfully curated collection of comforting essentials specifically designed for a new mom. Each item in this collection is crafted with care, prioritizing the health and well-being of both mother and child during this crucial transition period following birth. 
 
Among the featured products, you will find unscented skincare options for both mama and baby, as this is particularly important during this time, as new mothers may be more sensitive to strong fragrances, and infants have delicate skin.

About Kit Contents:
 
WHIPPED TALLOW CREAM - this cream is light and dewy, featuring whipped pasture-raised grass-fed tallow, from local farms just outside of Hamilton, Ontario. This tallow undergoes a careful rendering process, transforming the raw fat into a creamy substance that is then whipped to achieve a light consistency. The end result is a soft, light cream that is not only luxurious but also easily absorbed by the skin, without leaving a greasy resisidue and is easy to spread. This unscented version is perfect for sensitive skin.
 
 
WIND IT DOWN HERBAL TEA - this herbal tea was created for Sam's postpartum experience, for those evening nursing sessions. The herbs in this tea help to ease nervous tension, teething, and aid deep sleep- when you get some!
 
 
TONER TIME - is an all natural herbal infused pH adjuster, ideal for acne prone, and irritated skin, including cradle cap prevention. Mist on baby head when rinsing in the sink or bath to prevent fungal/bacteria growth that can lead to cradle cap. Toner Time also comes in handy for rashes that are common in postpartum.
 
 
UNSCENTED SHEA & OAT SOAP: a gentle soap for both mama and baby's bath time. Hair 2 Toe, this soap is soft and moisturizing for the whole body. Try adding a little to baby's bath water in the early months, when delicate skin doesn't need much soap at all.
