I like this in the winter.
Method:
Boil the amount of water you want to drink
Slice a thick slice of lemon to flavour it
Add a pinch of sea salt
Add the water once it has calmed down from boiling
Allow to steep and cool to your favourite drinking temperature
If you want to strain it, do so
